Notes: Pisces came into our shelter as a surrender and Heartworm Positive. We rarely if ever take a heartworm positive dog as the shelter is no place for treatments. We are now in great need of someone or a 501c3 rescue group to pull Pisces and get him the treatment he desperately needs. We have been offered by a organization who was trying to help Pisces previously say they will pay for the heartworm treatment. We will share that information once we know if someone would genuinely be willing to help. Pisces is guessed to be around 4 years old and is the sweetest Pitty you could ever meet. He has been loving to everyone at the shelter and is just one happy guy. We have been told Pisces is not housebroken, so training would be required to help him become a inside dog. We were told he is good with kids. Pisces does require a home with no cats as he does not like cats. He is a very soulful boy who deserves someone to give him the help he needs.

• Adoption of dogs is open to residents of Greene, Madison, Page, Rockingham, Albemarle and Orange County areas of Virginia.
• Dogs that have been spayed/neutered are available for adoption to any location including out of state residents.
